Siam Commercial Services.Co,Ltd has been established in 2011 to provide a comprehensive range of quality home rental services covering the tropical beaches of Koh Samui, Thailand.
Since he took over the company in 2015, Loïcq Provenier built the company’s portfolio from a 8 Properties basis to a 80+ Properties basis listed on rental market including 54+ fully and exclusively managed properties.

Sopit “Mok” Jamjuree
CHIEF OF MAINTENANCE
Mr. Mok is the local asset of the company. With many years of experience in the construction, electrical and plumbing industry, and on Koh Samui field, Sopit Jamjuree works hand in hand with the rest of the team to provide quick, efficient and reliable solutions on all maintenance, renovation and development operations.
Sopit Jamjuree has enabled the company to extend its network of work in a crucial way for our teams, our services and our customers. To quote Mr. Mok himself: “You give the boat direction, and I will ensure of the proper functioning of its engine.”

Mrs. Katie Anugul joined Siam Commercial Services in August 2021. Extremely well organised, meticulous and eager to keep all records straight; Mrs. Katie brings her knowledge and experience of bigger structures and corporations management to the table.
In charge of all administrative and office operations, Mrs. Katie ensures the communication and paperwork flow between our team and our customers to be reliable, fast and efficient. We consider that the backstage of the company must be perfectly tuned to respond appropriately to your requests and needs; Mrs. Katie Anugul is the best conductor there is for these tasks.

Mr. Alan joined Siam Commercial Services in November 2020 with great motivation and experience in the customer service sector. Since then, his progress has been tremendous, and his ability to understand both Owner and Tenant’s needs continue to increase on a daily basis, thanks to hundreds of interactions and exchanges along the way, as well as the many properties that he supervises with his team.
