This 3 bedrooms modern designed villa with 3 bathrooms offers  a beautiful Seaview.
The property has an equipped kitchen, ceiling fans and AC units in every room.
The villa is built on 3 levels: one bedroom is one mezzanine level, and the two other bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the lower floor.

Location: Chaweng Noi, 10 minutes drive from Chaweng Beach or Lamai and 15 minutes drive from Fisherman’s Village.
Please note that to be able to enjoy this beautiful Seaview, you will have to drive a steep road. The easiest way to reach the villa is with a scooter or a 4×4.
Although, regular cars would made their way up, it is recommended that you plan accordingly.
We are happy to assist you with taxis, our partner knows well the road.

Note: this villa is part of a residence still in development. Even though workers on site do their best to not disturb the guests’ tranquillity, you might experience some construction noise during your stay.

Note that there is an extra charge for the electricity, 9 THB / kWh. The meter will be read upon arrival and departure.

Please note that Samui is located in a subtropical climate zone nestled within nature. Always keep in mind and remember,  Koh Samui is a developing island with imperfect infrastructure. Power outages and internet issues might happen and are unpredictable.

Cancellation Policy:

50% refund up until 1 month prior to arrival, except bank / transfer fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
